Job Security

Well, I've been with this company for about four years, it doesn't pay that great (monetarily), it's grueling work on some days and it comes with some long hours... But there are great benefits and it comes with an 18 year contract (give or take a few years)... And after that your contract isn't really up... Just some big changes here and there.
